So, who is writing this stuff about wine, vineyards and appreciation? CD2D.com is a privately owned wine site, and is not affiliated with, or funded by, any individual wine brand or wine business.

CD2D is a personal wine project aimed at educating more people in the world about the intricacies and complexities of winemaking, and hopefully as a result creating more wine-savvy consumers!

This wine site author lives (sometimes) in Melbourne, Australia and (more likely these days) in Brno, in the Czech Republic, holds the qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Wine Marketing from the University of Adelaide, and has several years' experience working in the wine industry - with large and small wine producers, wine wholesalers and wine retailers - in Australia.
